Waterproofing using Delta membranes and Grace Products

Cellar-tech are qualified and experienced in all forms of waterproofing. We have been guaranteeing our services for thirty-one years as part of the LSE Building Preservation Group.

Cellar-tech are not tied to any one system manufacturer. We can and do specify the most suitable system for each and every different situation. We are approved installers of Delta Cavity Drain membranes and Grace Products water proofing systems. We have worked with Sika Systems, Vandex and Thoro-seal for over twenty years. All of our surveyors have qualified at the British School of Waterproofing and have been trained by the manufacturer’s of the systems we use.

We are one of the leading installers of Cavity drain systems and have been designing and installing cavity drainage systems since 1989. Our staff have been involved with BBA certificate testing of the systems and worked on many of the most prestigious and technically challenging waterproofing contracts carried out in the last twenty years. If it needs waterproofing we know the best systems for the job and we are qualified to design it for you. All designs are approved by the manufacturers before submission.

The whole system (workmanship and materials) is then guaranteed by Cellar-tech and our guarantee is backed up by GPI Insurance so as in the unlikely event that we should cease trading for any reason the work would still be guaranteed.
