The need for waterproofing

This demand for professional waterproofing is coupled with the need for space. With rising prices and demand property owners are looking at the storage areas below they’re buildings and wishing to turn them into usable living accommodation to add to the value of the property or to gain additional accommodation/ or recreation areas for they’re family.

Developers and designers are building more new basements to gain extra accommodation on building plots. Houses are being demolished and re built with basements below to gain more living space in expensive locations.
